Sean Hayes

Sean Hayes is a seasoned and accomplished business and marketing strategist with more than 10 years of client-side experience at global brands, focusing on consumer research/analytics, strategic planning, and marketplace intelligence.

Sean began his career at Under Armour, helping to build the infant brand into the powerhouse it is today. Sean's "rising star" status at Under Armour saw him lured to Ralph Lauren, where he managed customer intelligence and experience management for seven years. He then moved on to work as senior director, consumer and marketplace insights at PVH Corp. in support of the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands.

Sean joined Hayes Enterprises in 2020 to work with his father, John, to pool the panoply of their business and brand experience.
